Wellspring Apartments Groundbreaking

On October 6, we had the honor of breaking ground at Wellspring - 60 permanent supportive housing units for those in recovery and 12 affordable townhomes for families earning less than 60% of the area median income.

We are excited to partner with the City of Southfield, Cinnaire, O'Brien Construction, and the Southfield Nonprofit Neighborhood Corporation to bring Wellspring to life!
