In this virtual workshop, you will learn the nuts and bolts of the homebuying process. At the end of the 8-hour class, you will understand and have the necessary tools for smarter homebuying decisions. You will be awarded a Homebuyer Education Certificate that is a requirement for many down payment assistance programs. The certificate is valid for 12 months.
