What is Early On?

We partner with families, using their daily routines to work on supporting the growth and development of their babies and toddlers.

Early On emphasizes early identification and early referrals to minimize delays and maximize developmental outcomes”

Children from birth to 36 months who have a 20% developmental delay in any area including motor development, language, social-emotional, cognitive, self-help skills or showing vision or hearing difficulties are eligible for Early On. In addition, children who have a medical condition that most likely will impact their development are also eligible for Early On.

If your child is eligible for Early On, we will support you to:

  • Know your rights as a client while participating in Early On
  • Help you & your child learn ways to effectively communicate your child’s needs
  • Help you support your child’s learning and development.
